   Proposal Description:
   This study aims to evaluate longitudinal changes in cognition, function,   behavior, and dependency among subjects along the Alzheimer's disease (AD)        continuum. We will examine different patterns of progression, identify   subpopulations of patients with similar AD progression trajectories, and assess potential predictors of progression in each subpopulation. The results from this research will further the understanding of AD progression trajectories which may help inform clinical trial design.
